ORION COALITION
ASSET #9649
“ CONTRADICTORY ”
Entity: O-9649 “Outlier”
Classification: Sirius
Level: 5
Description: O-9649 is a worker robot with a toxin engine internal system, produced by WeyTech A.Ş., captured after the HighStale war. Standing at 1.86 cm and weighing 90 kg, 9649 is heavily armed and equipped with level-6 kevlar armor, unlike normal worker robots. 9649 was found by Orion in a warehouse near Turkey on 16/03/2011, when the emission signal was activated for an unknown reason, and the memories of the local people who witnessed the incident were erased with O-X49 gas. 9649, which was brought to Headquarters-13, showed in the carbon-alloy tests that it adapted itself to every situation and remained power efficient. As a result of the research and the lawsuits made by WeyTech A.Ş., it has been shown that the fuel used by the toxin engine of 9649 is the currently banned cancer drug "Adrenotoxin". The reports were collected and compiled in this secret file.
Storage Procedures: O-9649 should be kept in a 60 cm thick polycarbonate cell away from any metal. Personnel should not enter their cell without permission. Sentinel class protection humanoids should not have a metal structure. The cell is protected in a forest 5 km away from the main area.
Report of Field Agent “Alekseyevich”
Date: 11/04/2011
I left the routine field control and waited for the minibus to go home, then I gave up and started walking home. I arrived at the apartment at 20.39 in the evening. Before opening the door, a notification came to the PDA. Since there would be no notification at that time under normal circumstances, I quickly ran into the apartment and then into the basement. After the lights went out, I surreptitiously opened the PDA and looked at the messages. It was an emission signal that appeared nearby and remained stable. When I took my gun and turned on its flashlight, I saw the source of the emission signal right in front of me. He was just sitting on the ground. I grabbed my gun and slowly approached him. Only the buzzing of the emission signal could be heard from his body. I slowly reached over and turned off the signal and jumped back when I heard that growl. I didn't want to risk myself so I finally called Orion.
Robotics Report #1
Prepared by: Prof. Melis Özcan
9649 came on my first day of work, sort of. They assigned me to this position on my second day at Orion. With the team of five people under me, we went to the hangar to collect the debris and then to the headquarters for the robotic report. We received the robotic report two days later. It was confirmed to be a worker robot produced by WeyTech Inc., made in 1894. The only thing we couldn't figure out was why it had so many weapons and a different internal engine. The team's decision was to open it up and reverse engineer it, but the Coalition wanted us to run it. We did not listen to the first order and continued to investigate. Its construction was ahead of its time. It could run, climb or swim without any of the support units found in today's robots. We found a bunch of weapons in their secret compartment and sent them to ballistics for examination. The servos were as clean and solid as the first day. The buyers were damaged. Its engine was different from the others; while all robots built in 1894 worked with steam, our wreckage here worked with some kind of chemical liquid. After thousands of attempts, it turned out that the liquid was Adrenotoxin. After removing nearly a thousand bullets from it, we took it to the Level 6 interrogation room to operate it. We poured the liquid into the engine and waited. When the first attempt failed, we decided to pour it all into the engine at once. With a loud roar, 9649 started up and began to dismantle all the metal in the room. The teams arrived with the alarm and temporarily closed 9649. To me, what was roaring was not the engine but something hidden inside, like a scream.
Entry #1
I decided to write this after the robotic report. After the incident in the interrogation room, voices started coming from 9649. When he started hitting the walls, we went to the room with a small group of guards and a Sentinel. 9649 had fallen from his chair and was continuing to hit the wall. The crackling and warping sounds were hurting our ears. Sentinel went ahead, sat 9649 down on the chair, and grabbed his shoulders. While everyone was standing back, I approached him with a crazy courage that I didn't know where it came from. I sat on the chair opposite him. I couldn't speak, I just poked him. We thought it had no face, until a red dot appeared in the middle of two large black circles.

People: Prof. Melis Özcan, O-9649
“I'm pouring the liquid.”
-The rumble is heard again.-
"Are you here?"
-Screeching and sounds of servos are heard. The doctor takes a step closer.-
“I-I'm here.”
-The doctor throws himself back. He goes behind the chair.
“You can talk. I can't believe you can talk! Are you a living thing? Why does it have a different engine inside? How do you know our language? From where…"
“T-before, mmm metal. P-lots of m-metal.”
-9649 closes again. The doctor comes back with a pile of scraps.-
“Speaking is not enough; he knows our language. What kind of thing came to my hand? We made it work. And without messing it up.”
-Placing the scrap on 9649's lap, the doctor quickly goes behind the chair. The scraps suddenly liquefy and enter 9649's body.-
“He was able to do these without spilling the liquid. “It evolves with each passing second, ignoring vital needs.”
-9649's eyes open again, he cannot control his body but he can speak again-
“I'm here again, doctor. Where am I? Why can't I move?"
“Do you know what year it is? Or where you were last time.”
“The last time I quit was 2011. I left myself in a construction site. I had a friend. Aa-alek… Oh, I don't remember. It was his signal above me. Did I leave it open?”
“It was opened later. You are now in 2022. It is miles away from the building being built. Do you have a name? How did your friend call you?
“Don't you know me, doctor? Have you never read the Outsider story?
"Impossible! It was submerged in water years ago. He was released into one of HighStale's rivers.”
“Here I am, doctor. Here is Victor Bennark, flesh and blood!”
“No, it's not you. Sentinel! Sentinel, Turn that machine off.”
-Sentinel walks slowly and cuts the pipe feeding 9649 in one move. The doctor ends the recording here.-
Input#2
I did not send the final results and recording to Orion. I cannot take any action without examining the data I have myself. At the meeting to be held today, I will trust my lying skills and ask them to continue the investigation. Until then, I will play with my own data and figure out the back story. Update: The contradictory story he said in the audio recording was indeed true. An acquaintance from the archive found me all the files on him, and they all turned out to be true. Now it's time to report the situation to Orion!
Input#3
For the first time, Orion decided on my side. Today we are opening the interior of 9649. First, we use X-Ray images and then we open the inside with the help of Sentinel. Even though it seems easy, the 9649 is a machine that can feel pain. I'm sure you'll wake up in the middle of the job.
Investigation Report #1
Prepared by: Prof. Melis Özcan
He woke up in the middle of the autopsy, just as I thought. Rather than sedate him, he bound Sentinel 9649's mouth and head and secured it with his claw. So we returned to our work. At the first stage, the whole team just stared. The body parts hanging from the metal left us petrified. We carefully removed all the pieces and assembled them on the table. Thanks to technology, we were able to handle anatomy so easily. There were two separate bodies on two separate tables, made of flesh and metal. The metal piece matched the description written in the reports, but the nervous system, spinal cord and brain we removed were not in the account. We loaded all the live parts into a cyro-tank and continued the work. Its metal parts and weapons were completely clean. Compared to its outer shell, the weapons were still functional. They will have great fun with these ballistics, I'm sure. I looked for the octopus arms and liquid metal engine that I first saw on the metal parts, but I couldn't find them. There were no secret compartments either. We received the report of the live parts remaining in the Cyro-Tank the next morning. The parts really belonged to Victor Bennark. The anomaly here was not that he was still alive, but that the live parts worked in harmony with the metal evenings, and the liquid metal engine and octopus arms I was looking for before actually came from a brain that was a mixture of cables and veins. The parts will be put back together and the status of 9649 will be decided at the hearing tomorrow. He will return to the cell where he remained until then.

Contacts: Melis,9649 “Victor”
“Start the adrenotoxin flow.”
-He thrusts a metal into the buzzing Sentinel 9649-
“You tore me in two.”
“Believe me, I didn't want to either, but you, oh you Victor, you are an invaluable blessing for us. "You are a unit that the Coalition will not give up easily."
“You Split.Me.into.Two.”
“We can use the parts, working principles, alloys and thousands of systems that I cannot count to change the world. "I just want you to be a donor for this work."
“I spent a lot of effort to get these pieces, I lost my friends. "I abandoned the cause I was fighting for."
“HighStale is still here. You have completed your goal. Machines live freely.”
“No, no, you are wrong. We had a Prometheus. Sabine took it. "It could be hiding in any WeyTech factory right now, or even here."
“You don't mean Prometheus in ancient Greece, do you?”
“I thought you were smart too. No, of course. Prometheus is an Enigma machine that can analyze conversations between machines like us. There are many weapons that I cannot use in battle, they are all buried or moved in random places. Prometheus can analyze and find those places.”
“Wait, what gun? "Why did things get serious all of a sudden?"
“Bring me your change. Bring your supervisor or something.”
“Today it's just me. "No one knows I'm talking to you."
“Give me a meeting with someone in authority. "Let me tell you everything."
-The recording is closed harshly-
Query #1
“Yes, Doctor, we are listening to you. Why did you hurriedly convene the council?”
“The latest findings on 9649 match the file in the archive. This is 100% proof that 9649 is Victor Bennark. This is…"
“You violated many coalition rules while investigating this situation, doctor. Are you aware of this?
“My team is not at fault, Mr. Council member. I committed all the rule violations. I also recorded our conversations with Object#9649. If you allow me, I want you to listen to these recordings.”
-Recording starts with a sizzle and continues for half an hour. The recording ends with a click sound.-
“Professor Özcan, your actions are truly unforgivable violations. The object could enter your mind and escape, or worse, liberate other objects. However, it is an admirable move for you to have Area-41 adopt such an object and examine it in such a short time, despite your first week.”
“Thank you, council member, but there is someone other than me who wants to talk. Sentinel! Bring object 9649.”
-Sentinel leaves the room with heavy metallic steps and returns fifteen minutes later with 9649.-
“Council members, here is HighStale's true founder, Victor Bennark the Outsider!”
“We're surprised you're alive, Victor, the states have banned your name, HighStale is now just an empty town. Why did you show up?”
“For one person, you know him well, councillor. It funds your R&D company, just like other members' companies.”
“Victor, you…”
“Wait a minute, doctor, we are arguing like humans here. My goal is that person is the council members. I am aware of your situations, most of you have been under his command or been threatened for various reasons. "This is not the first time this has happened to the world."
“You lost the Great War, Victor! “We all know.”
“You only know the HighStale war. Let me prove that the real war is still going on.”
“Actually, I should throw you in front of the Sentinels over there. I am listening."
-Victor has difficulty getting up from the wheelchair. Everyone covers their ears at the sound of rusty metal. Victor takes two steps forward and straightens up.-
“The ancestors of most of the members and scholars here gave their lives in the HighStale war. Physically, everyone lost something. You lost your ancestors and I lost the people I trusted and loved. I'm not even counting my best friend. That person was not at war that day. His legions were there. At that time, he moved his wealth from the company's safe to Pripyat, Ukraine, via railways. We all know the disaster that occurred 48 years after the war. WeyTech, which invested all its investment in research and the region during the formation of the region, seized you and the Region with various lies. In this way it rose as you sank. He's the reason the council president's daughter disappeared. Your daughter is the president of HighStale and is being hosted by WeyTech in a luxurious room. As for you, Council Member Murat Yılmaz aka O-002, the cause of your wife's death was not a misdiagnosis, someone injected my blood into the serum after the surgery. If adrenotoxin combines with water, it becomes transparent. I have only one request from you, council and members! Release me. So that this threat will end.”
“Get it out of here! The project has been cancelled, the whole…”
“02! I wonder on whose behalf you decide? Just because you're in the elections doesn't make you the council president! Get out."
-The heavy door is knocked hard, the sound echoes throughout the room.-
“I can't promise you anything, Victor. Your race has caused great damage to all countries of the world. The country you founded almost fell from the sky on our heads, in Istanbul. The Republic of Turkey does not take this risk. Look, I'm not saying he can't get it, clearly! It doesn't. Let's say he took it, you have difficulty even taking just two steps from here to there, half of the people you call your friends are either in prison or lying soundly in Zincirlikuyu... Promise me something, Victor, and I will promise you something. The meeting is over, council members can disperse. Object will be kept in cell 9649 with maximum supplies until further notice.”
-End of query-
Entry#4
The council made its final decision. I just received the decision, and from what I heard, this file is the last to reach me. Anything can happen in it, either promotion or execution. I'm not dying by decision, yes that's fine. The rest is very strange, I can work with Victor but I can't at the same time? I take this as more of a continuation than a completion, and I continue to work with Victor.
Storage Procedures “Updated”: Object #9649, which saved more than one object from escaping and protected the majority of the employees during the violation dated 24/01/22, was discussed and accepted in the council to remove the elements that would prevent it from leaving its cell accompanied by at least 1 Sentinel with certain floor permissions and from being repaired. According to the previous decision, the object should still be kept in the polycarbonate cell and should be kept as far away from metals as possible.
