ORİON KOALİSYONU
Establishment Date: 1986
Founding Members: Council Chairman (Kayra), Council Executioner (Karabasan), Council Herald (Yel), Council Merchant (Umai), Council Spokesperson (Mergen), Council Power (Bürküt)
Establishment Purpose:
"...We must protect every place our sword can reach, listen to every individual our hearts hold, and protect every machine we accept at all costs..."
Opening speech of Kayra - January 16, 1986
The Orion Coalition was established by 6 different members after the HighStale war and the Chernobyl accident, operating on a "Hide-Search" logic, functioning as a research-intelligence-attack community. The Coalition consists of 6 different Research bases. Each research base is built and equipped based on a single category determined by the coalition. Among them, the most famous research base is known as "Region-41," which is a Robotics research base.
Research Bases:
-
Region - 41
Located in Turkey, Region-41 is an authorized research and storage area for Robotics research, Military Transhumanism, Transhumanism inception, Esoteric Mechanization, and other related subjects. Consisting of 4 different building complexes, Region-41 is also the only research base with its own military force.
-
Region - Lambda
Region Lambda is a small area in Switzerland where the coalition holds legal and financial categories. Spread across 10 hectares, Lambda is the first area to produce its own electricity, water, and utilize a closed-circuit internet connection. The coalition channels money from external markets to itself under various company names. Additionally, compared to other regions, Lambda is protected by the Swiss Armed Forces.
-
Region - Red Dot
Red Dot is established beneath the Chernobyl complex in Ukraine. It is designed to examine, interrogate, and train individuals and machines who survived or escaped from the accident and war to join the Coalition. Among other regions, Red Dot is the largest, housing 9 different buildings, a 38-hectare open training area, and various vehicles for OPMC teams.
-
Region - 99
As Orion's first mobile base, Region-99 provides all the necessary intelligence and political power for the Coalition. With 5 land, 8 air, 3 sea, and two satellite vehicles, Region-99 disperses across the globe, identifying individuals, machines, and anomalies deemed important by the Coalition with the help of Coalition satellites.
-
Region - Bürküt
The second base established in Turkey, Bürküt is the distribution center for the Coalition's troops, advanced training, and testing of advanced survival scenarios known to the state, making it the second known Orion base. Lost in the desolation of Ankara, Bürküt hosts nearly a hundred barracks, 3 airports, 20 garages, and 7 missile silos.
-
Region - Kızagan
Kızagan is the smallest among the other regions. Located in Europe, Kızagan preserves the Coalition's doomsday scenario. Built using various alloys and metals, Kızagan houses the "Umai" automatic food production system alongside a closed-loop water and electricity production system, which cannot be detected by radar or satellite, disrupts thermal vision, and is radiation-proof. Spread across most of Europe, Kızagan possesses equipment and systems capable of sustaining all Coalition personnel for centuries (in the best-case scenario).

History:
On the morning of January 16, 1986, the world was shaken by the Chernobyl disaster. While the Soviets were trying to mend the wound, people were looking at this event from several different perspectives. Some saw it as the result of fugitive automatons fleeing from HighStale, some saw it as America's plan to undermine the Soviet Union, while others believed it was indeed an accident. On the same evening, 6 members received letters from someone named Odhan. Each letter was different. The recipients gathered in the [REDACTED] forest at 22:36. Everyone read each other's letters. They met, they became friends. At midnight, Odhan emerged from the forest and chose Kayra as their leader. He informed Kayra of the unknown. Odhan has not been seen since that night. Kayra took the Coalition's first step that day.
The Chernobyl explosion caused a shift in the Earth's Ley lines, spreading anomalies, esoteric objects, extraterrestrial beings/objects, etc., to the entire world in just one hour. HighStale was the second most affected city after Pripyat. HighStale and Pripyat were declared ghost cities, and civilian access was prohibited. HighStale was reopened later for machines remaining in locations where laws outlaws, refugees, or machines were prohibited. Civilian access is still prohibited. Technology is kept at a certain level in HighStale. States and HighStale work together. While states collect information for Transhumanism, machines lead a free life.
Private companies are trying every means to get a piece of the pie. Every day, hundreds of paid military units, private intelligence companies, biotechnical medical research companies, and hundreds of others. WeyBurn CO holds the head of companies, which has the sole permission. Currently, WeyBurn does not have a CEO. The company structure is governed by a network of thousands of small companies. Legally divided into branches such as Import/Export, robotics industry, industrial robot usage, medicine, it earns money and fame through products such as smuggling materials or refugees from HighStale and Pripyat, publishing banned intelligence to the public, or Transhuman work.
Hierarchy in the Coalition:
Excluding the Council, the highest rank in the Coalition is the Region Guardian. Council appointment is valid for this rank. The Region Guardian is responsible for maintaining the order of the base where they are in charge. Also, Guardians are the only individuals outside the Council who can issue operational orders. Their numbers are the same as the Council, and they must report every action they take to Council Herald Yel. The only known Region Guardian is the guardian of Region - 41, O-0001.
Following the Guardians are OPMC teams and Researchers. They are considered equal and work in harmony. Each unit has its own working style, motto, and logo. In certain regions, OPMC and researchers are protected and recognized by the state.
OPMC units are military units trained for various situations. Currently, there are 9 different OPMC teams.
-
War Masters
The most elite soldiers of the Coalition. Guardians of the Council.
-
Search/Hide
The most commonly used military unit of the Coalition. Responsible for capturing objects and beings and bringing them to the nearest base.
-
Silencer
Secret agents of the Coalition. Established to prevent the spread of information from within.
-
Sentinel
A team formed by unconscious protection automatons. They participate in the protection of the bases.
-
Albastı
A team established to capture and if necessary destroy anomalies involving esoteric and Ley lines or paranormal cults.
-
Wings of Alaz
The name given to the Coalition's air units.
-
Mechanized Fortress
Team of engineering and land communication vehicles of the Coalition.
-
Boz Tengri
The first experimental OPMC team. A team operating in areas where conscious humans cannot enter, managed by conscious automatons.
-
Körmöz's Legacies
Auxiliary to the War Masters team. A human/machine mixed intervention team equipped with high-destructive power equipment.
Lastly, there are Objects and Beings. Objects and beings captured in Orion operations are kept in combined facilities called "Kızagan Protection" under various categories. Objects and beings are classified into 4 danger levels:
Stable
Orion
Sirius
Andromeda
Stable level Objects and Beings are those with no ability to harm any living being or object with a danger level between 0-35.
Orion level Objects and Beings are those intentionally or consciously capable of causing harm with a danger level between 35-75. Military and Research personnel working with these Objects and Beings receive specific training.
Sirius level Objects and Beings are those with a danger level between 75-110, where there is no security guarantee for humans and machines, and research is carried out with unconscious robots called drones and probes. Sirius level Objects and Beings are mostly spatial anomalies.
Andromeda level Objects and Beings are those with a danger level of 110+, which cannot be captured or neutralized and often disrupt space/time integrity. Only two examples have been found so far.
